Tata Docomo — Bill amount was increased | |||||
Dear sir, I S. Santosh Vara Prasad, I am using tata docomo postpaid number [protected].One day i called to customer care for internet data pack activation, then he told to me u have already 3gb internet pack, so you can use internet.Then i started using internet, with in 10 days bill amount was inreased.Then i called to customer care & i asked to the guy why is bill amount increased, then he told to me that you dont have internet package, then i shocked, why your customer care guy was told to me you have already internet package thene i started, sorry sir you dont have, you want to activate the pack.So i told to activate the pack.Then how can i pay the extra amount of the nearly 500/- rs, why becuase the customer care guy giving to me wrong information, it was happen.When i called to the customer care that date was not know exactly, but i told one thing that date was between from september-2015 last week to october-2015 1st week.
