i have tata docomo post paid num. tata docomo change my internet plan 2 gb to 1.5 gb without inform me.they only message that your 99 rs plan chnage to 125.so i dont know about 1.5gb plan i used 2 gb and now bill is rs 1210.and i complaint to tat docomo but they said that your bill is right and we informed you.so pls help me.my tata docomo postpaid num is [protected]. We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern. However, we were unable to contact you, since your were unavailable.
We would like to inform you that there is a high usage of the data in the invoice generated and current bill is Rs.1209/- As there is a significant usage we cannot process any reversal in the account. The charges are levied correctly as per the bill plan and add on plan opted for.
