[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill for a non-existent connection | |||
Dear Sir, I have given up on the tata docomo representatives, which is the reason I am lodging a complaint on this forum. There was a connection drive in my apartment and the account representative was giving trial connections to all the apartments. I was also given a connection, however since it didn’t work properly I disconnected the connection within a week. This happened some time in July (I guess) . The technical representative as well as the account representative came to my flat and took my signature on a paper confirming the disconnection. I am however surprised to see a bill of Rs 3, 039.00 today for a connection that doesn’t exist. I have been a customer of BSNL all this while. I am planning to file an FIR on these guys for harassing me a pay for services I have not used. Please help me if you can. Thanks and Regards, Sanjay Was this information helpful? | |||
