However, as your billing cycle is 7th and your number was disconnected on 09-JUL-15 hence, you have received a final bill on prorate basis post disconnection of your account.

Your reply is not proper!
For collecting my bill, you are able to call to my another number which was with you. But, for hearing my complaint, you are not able to call us. It proves you are not genuine!
On May 30th, Your representative named PRAGADEESH came to my residence and collected the outstanding amount Rupees 1019.
I said him directly that your service was very worst and I didn't call anyone or used Internet but you have raised my bill over thousands even if my SIM was not inserted in the Phone.
So, I raised him a request to disconnect the connection and warned him that there should be no bills generated hereafter. He called to a Person GURU in front of me to take that request. And said that, they wont 'disturb' be hereafter.
He gave me a Bill Receipt: TTL/2014-15/TN,
No: 843197. My Account number is[protected] and my Doco mo Number is [protected].
Now I'm continuously receiving SMSes in my another number to pay my 'OVERDUE' which I was not supposed to pay.
