[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill paid still not updated in their system | |||||
I have already paid my Tata Docomo two postpaid connections on 3rdJan16. The due date of my bill was 10th Jan 16. Today it is 20thJan16 but still I am receiving calls from their executives that bill is not paid. I have mentioned them several times and shared my online transaction details of payment. I have even shared the bank statement their to official mail id '[protected]@tatadocomo.com ' as stated by one of their executives. Was this information helpful? | |||||
