[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill payment without using service...... | |||
my name is manojkumar i'm using docomo sim card [protected] from 3 years...before 3 months a sales executive has come to me and asked am i interested in taking another sim card, i said i was interested to take number [protected] he asked to pay 300 for that i paid and after 1 week i got him and he gave me the simcard and i found that it was not working so informed to him... he said he will rectify the problem but he cant ... but now some execeutive has called me and talked to in very rude manner and he is asking me to pay 800 for cancellation or 600 for using that sim...or else they are saying that they will cut my previous connection ...
