[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill regarding | |||||
My post paid connection no 6538954 was out of order since last four five months. My usages was Rs. 140 only. After not attending my complains for repair of walky, I decide not to pay bill for that I call to customer care and tell them every thing. After laps of three months I recieved a call fro advocate of Tata Docomo, He told me that Pay the bill within one hour or you are ready to appear Tees hazari court at New Delhi for dhara 420. I reach in Tata Docomo main office at Bhopal and tell them about and requested that take the usage bill of Rs. 140 instead of rs. 847/- . The person at the collection counter re-direct me to Shri Mahendra Singh Tomar. After discussion with sh. Mahendra singh Tomar, CSG team at Tata Docomo office Bhopal and as per their advise Rs. 308 have been paid as final bill on date 29.12.2015. While usages was of Rs. 140 only and submitted the written application for close connection . The reciept no. Is 79983198. After getting payment, again massages are being received for payment due. Further, we would like to inform you that your number has been already permanently disconnected from Tata Docomo postpaid network from 31-DEC-15. Kindly make a note of the same.
