Tata Docomo — Billed even after disconnection | |||
I had Tata Docomo post paid data card till Dec'2014. I got it disconnected in Dec'2014 and confirmed disconnection in call as well. But even after disconnection I received bill (only rental - no data use) for Jan/Feb. For both the months I had a talk with billing department and got those billed cancelled as my connection was already disconnected. But Tata Docomo billed again from March onward and every time I need to explain the billing staff about the bill problem. Now I have received a 'Lok Adalat' notice from Tata Docomo. This is embarrassing and unnecessary harassment for me. Can you please suggest me any solution? Can I raise this to consumer forum and ask for mental harassment compensation?
