[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Billing and deactivation | |||
I requested to disconnect my Tata Docomo WiFi service in November 2015 as I was not satisfied with it. Even now I am getting the bill and the employees are asking me to pay the bill of December and January only then they would disconnect my service. The employees are even not afraid of Consumer Court and say 'Go where you want to go Do what you want to do.' Please help me. The Head of office at Hazratganj Lucknow accepted the cancellation request on 09/12/2015 but he resigned and now no work has been done. My cancellation request number is 91622053. Why should I pay for the service which I didn't get ? I said that I'll pay for the month of November, I had access to their service till November only. Why will I pay for the nuisance and lag of the Company Employees. Was this information helpful? | |||
