[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Billing | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I Mr. Arpan Dutta want draw your kind attention that I was a bona fide customer o[censored]r service. I got a call from an agency o[censored]r service to port my [protected] into ur Docomo post paid service but I put a condition that I am a practicing advocate of calcutta High court so I don't have time go to the shop/store to pay the bill but told me that they will send their men and he will collect the amount from my billing address. But after a month I had to call them for collecting said amount from me otherwise my connection would be stopped. But in the month of January or Feb 2016 they haven't collected the billing amount from me even after my several calls to them a result of that my connection has been discontinued and I was bound to take another connection. As a result of that my clients and companies could not reach me. Its a clear deficiency of service on ur part .Who will compensate me? PH of agency [protected].
