[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Billing | |||||
My TATA DOCOMO Number is [protected] . It is post paid. In January 2017 It was lost. From February the service has been terminated. Now they are claiming Rs.1508/- i.e.for 3 months. It will be seen that after service has been terminated, asking for the amount is unjust enrichment. Now notice has been sent quoting Sec.406 & 418 IPC. It is not known how these sections will attract. It is clear case of harassment and this causes mental agony. Was this information helpful? | |||||
