[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — billing complaint

I have tata docomo dongle for which i have opted for 15gb + 15gb free plan which comes at rs 1474 including gst.
Last month, i used up all 30 gb and had to reload 2 gb @ rs 350 on 22 sep, 1 gb @ rs 200 on 27 sep and again 1 gb @ rs 200 on 29 sep.
The total should have come to rs 1474+350+200+200= rs 2224 plus gst on the reload packs.
I have received bill of rs 2884 instead. The helpline executive says i reloaded 1 gb twice at rs 200 each on 29 sep which is not the case, if i needed 2 gb, i would have reloaded rs 350 pack - that would have been cost efficient for me. Even if the additional rs 200 is considered (Which i won't), the total would have been rs 2424 and not rs 2884. The helpline is not able to provide satisfactory answer and keeps repeating what they are trained to say.

I need to know on what basis the billing is done for the month of sep 2017. Till i get a satisfactory answer, i shall be withholding the payment - as i find this is the only way i can ensure that the concerned people from tata docomo will get in touch.

In my mobile continuously comming the option that "mCheck on tata"
I am irritate with the problem...
And i am not able to work on mobile...
The option comming frequently in 1 or 2 mins...
Because of it my battery drained early...
Plz solve the problem...

could you please deactivate call barring for outgoing calls.

Also i couldnt reach customer care with 121.
