I am using DOCOMO SIM from last year, and day before yesterday without notifying me, my 3g service is disconnected. Now customer service is asking me to submit documents again. Why should i submit docs as I have already submitted year ago and processing fees as it's pure mistake from company side.
When I contacted customer care, and told the issue, in first place they replied that SIM is damaged and you should apply for new SIM. How a SIM can be damaged When it was working nicely.
Then I told care that this SIM is not working in my 3g handset but it's working in normal non android phone, then care told me that there might be issue with your handset.
Then I told them that this SIM is working for only normal non 3g handsets, and when I tried it with other 3g handsets, it's not working. Then they told that they don't know about the issue.
Even I posted on Twitter and I got the response that I have to apply for new SIM with same number and have to pay processing fees.
But as SIM is still working in non 3g handsets, why should I change the SIM. I just need answer why docomo disconnected my 3G service which I am using for last 1.5 years .
Funny thing docomo store person told me when I was telling him the issue, " Sir, people daily come and replace their SIM because of this issue. You as well can replace the SIM ".
If this is the situation, the TATA DOCOMO company making customer fool and looting 49 rupees from everyone, a kind of corruption where provider silently says the message, "if you want service, pay us 49 rs".

Data balance: approx 1 GB 3 G
If I don't get proper response from DOCOMO, I will not use DOCOMO again in my life and will think I have charity of 180 rs and 1 gb data.
