Tata Docomo — broadband
I am receiving a daily message and threat email from a person call deepak choudhary who claims he is advocate and representing tata docomo.
I sent email before 1st october abount internet connection discontinuation as i was vacating my current residence.
Customer care did not close the connection, my bill payment of september was clear.
Because of their negligence they did not close the connection and generated the bill of 668.
Now they are following up for this payement.
I am no where responsible for this amount as i never used the internet as i had already vacated the flat on 1st october and despite sending them written email they did not close the connection.
