Hello Sir, Three days ago i register compliant to Customer Care Due to Internet Connection Problem. Register Number Given by TATA DOCOMO is[protected]. this time your customer service provider guys is promised me in 4 hours Your Complaint is Resolved. This night i am waiting for your Technical Support till night 9:00 PM. but No one Coming for Support. Yesterday i am waiting for technical support but no one is coming. then after 3:00 PM i call to TATA DOCOMO customer Care for remind to Support. Yesterday lady is promised me before 4:00 PM my complaint is resolved. but yesterday full day not a single call from your side. Today i am waiting from Morning But till my issued is not solved by Technical team. Today i call to Customer Care for Remind my Complaint one Guys is Given me New Code for Complaint Registration is[protected] by Guys my Complaint Solved within 1 Hour. Still My problem is not solved.
