Tata Docomo — Broadband line not disconnected | |||
R/S, This is with reference to the broadband line of Tata tele services which I was using till august 2013 this year. Account number[protected] Since I shifted to new location I requested for transfer however I got a call from customer care that broadband line is not available in my new location So I requested to disconnect the line.Now its been 4 months I am continuously getting emails from the customer care to deposit the amount for the period after august though I have requested to disconnect the line long before 4 months. I took this connection as Tata is good brand however I am highly unsatisfied by this kind experience with Tata broadband customer service.Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
