Tata DoCoMo Broadband — No Proper Servicing | |||||
I have recently taken a broadband connection in Edachira, Cochin from Tata Docomo. After taking it I really regret. No proper servicing at all. The guy who contacted me for taking the connection told me about a fixed charge in the beginning, after one month o[censored]sage the bill they gave is above that and telling that's the tax. But about the tax they didn't mention when we took the connection. Currently I am getting connection only to my one room, and I was tried contacting the Docomo people to check or provide a long cable so that the wifi range will be available in my whole flat. But all in vein. The guy who contacted me to take the connection, now not at all responding to the calls or to the messages. I kindly request all of you please don't opt Tat Docomo. Such a waste company, they only contacting us to pay the bills. Was this information helpful? | |||||
