Tata DoCoMo Broadband — Wifi incorrect bill generation | |||
Tata docomo wifi number: [protected] I had started using broadband connection in march 2016. From the beginning i had opted for [protected]@899 plan. But every month the company is generating the bill for [protected]@1049 plan. In spite of telling the customer care infinite number of times that i have chosen 10gb plan from the beginning i. E march 2016 when i started using your services. Still after all this their team is charging me for 50gb plan every month. I don't understand what is the problem with their team. Either they don't understand english or they are a bunch of fools doing time pass in your company and making fool of customers also. Every month i need to break my head with their customer care to correct the bill. There is no sync between the customer care representatives in this company. One person calls and i have to tell entire story to them and then next day other person will call. I am not sitting here to clarify to each and every person of your company that what is the issue. I have sent numerous emails also regarding the same. Its really pathetic that a brand name like tata docomo will have such worst kind of services. If you are not capable enough to provide appropriate services, you can come and remove your connection Was this information helpful? | |||

We need to inform you that as per the request plan changes has been done from 5th Jul to Power 10 Mbps 10GB @ 899 and waiver has been posted in the account for last 2 months of Rs 320, request you to make payments for the current outstanding amount of Rs 1034.
