We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not reachable. We would like to inform you that, call divert or call forward is one of the handset feature which can be activate (ON) or deactivate(OFF) from your end only. However, in order to deactivate call divert from your end I request you to dial ##002# or follow procedure to deactivate manually. In handset, Settings → Call settings → Call Divert/Forward → OFF/Deactivate. Further, 1. Calls can be diverted or Forwarded to any Local mobile number except BSNL & Cell one and MTNL. 2. Procedure : Settings > Call Divert /Forward > select condition ( eg. switch off) > select other number > enter +91 followed by local mobile Number in which calls needs to be diverted/forwarded. 3. No Monthly Rental 4.The call Charges : Incoming charges as per the plan.
