[Resolved] Tata Docomo — calls/rude executives compelling to pay for services for no network landline | |||
My account number is[protected]. I have not been using this connection from 1 year. I have given complaints regarding this and also took device to the store personally to rectify it, all was in vain. Customer care people would call again and again and harress to make payment and i tell them the same story like i was not receiving network and was not using the network for almost a year. Why do i have to pay for the landline when there was no network itself in the landline? Why do i have to pay for your mistakes. Now they send me lok adalat messages.
