[Resolved] Tata Docomo — cancellation of postpaid telephone connection | |||
I called 121 from my landline a month ago to cancel the connection. Phone number: [protected] and account number: account no.[protected] After waiting for 30 minutes i was told it is not possible to disconnect this line as the person could not bring up my documents. After that he agreed to change my plan to a basic 49 rupees plan which seemed very strange. I have logged in a month later and the connection has not not cancelled and neither has the plan changed. I have not used this phone for a month now and if i receive a bill i will be taking legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not getting OTP SMS for completing credit card or banking transactions. It is sometimes coming late, after transaction is timed out. But mostly not arriving. This is happening since 1 month or so. Previously it was prompt.
