Tata Docomo — cannot place outgoing calls

Dear Sir/ma'am, I am not able to place calls. My number is [protected]. When I call someone the mobile gives a beep and then the call is ended. I am able to receive incoming calls but only the main thing is that I am not able to place calls. Please notify the company about this message and please do it by today itself because I live in hostel and my parents are not knowing about this problem and I also cannot tell them about this.
