Tata Docomo — Change of allotted plan without consent and poor response

Dear Sir/Madam, I am operationg with Tata photon data card no. [protected].In starting the data allotted to me was 20GB and it continued but after approx. 1 year in March 2015 the tata photon data they reduced to 14GB with 7GB day And 7GB night that even without any consent received from me.Moreover the speed of the device is reduced to minimum.While talking to customer care they responded that due to increased no. of connections in my area, they are not able to provide speed.They are working on this but still the issue is continued.And the very poor response of customer care that if you want to discontinue the connection, you can but we will not refund you anything.
