[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — change registered name

Address:Aurangabad, Maharashtra, 431004

Am using docomo sim registered to my brother's name since 3 years.
Since government came up with the aadhar and mobile number linking, i am in need to register it with my own name.
Now i want to register it with my name. I changed the display name on my account but it think thats not sufficient.
Whats the procedure to to register it with my own name?

I have a Tata Docomo broadband connection however for the last 1.5 months it has not worked. The company is not even getting it cancelled even after follow up. There is no response yet harassment for payment for the period. My account no. Is :[protected]. This has hampered our work as well as resulted in mental anxiety and trauma
