Tata Docomo — Charged for a cancelled number [protected] | |||
This must be my 20th complain after speaking to 121, and tata docomo representatives. From july month i am not using the number [protected]. it was blocked and cancelled, but even today i am charged for the same. I have sent many mails and un happiness and got no response from tata docomo. I want this to be resolved immediately and refund the money which i have paid. This is with reference to your concern regarding billing for your Tata Docomo connection number. At the outset we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have verified our records and found that your Tata Docomo number has been disconnected on 06-DEC-14 and there is no wrong billing you have been charged correctly as per the prorate basis.
Further, we would also like to inform you that there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 1677/- in your account and request you to clear the same on priority.
