Tata Docomo — charged without receipt for sim upgrade
Tata docomo (Karnal) charged me rs 100 for a sim upgrade without providing a receipt against the same.
Also the charged amount doesn't include any sort of recharge against it.
It's been long since they are promising of call back (On their facebook page) regarding the issue, but no communication has been done so far. Didn't even get the complaint number.
