[Resolved] Tata Docomo — charging extra by not changing the higher rate plan to lower rate plan | |||||
Hi, This it to inform you that i have already requested tata docomo to close my Connection and hopefully they did it (As i got the message of closing the Account) and now they will not change the statement. Earlier in the month of July/august i have requested to change my plan to change to 1 gb one. Just To make it sure i called them again after some days, they said that they Could not do this because of some technical problem at their end. When i Escalated this matter to customer care department again, they asked me to Pay according to the plan of 1 gb data. But later tata docomo has sent me Higher amount bill as previous plan which was shocking to me. However they Again promised me that they will adjust it. But was height of carelessness And ignoring the customer wish by sending another next month bill of 407/- Inr which is not as per the lowest plan i request to tata docomo company. I Feel cheated and and extremely disappointed by this kind of poor services. In result, i also ended up wasted a lot of my precious time talking to the Customer care, escalating same matter again through email. You must be Having the recording of all of my conversations, which you can listen. Kindly look at the matter and remove the extra cost imposed by you Unnecessarily for 2 months, else i would seek justice by other means.
