[Resolved] Tata Docomo — charging me without providing service | |||
Hi I am TataDocomo Broadband customer. From June month i have been facing issue with connect down for 20days and slow speed i have raise the issue many time but there was not proper support from Customer care. My net was not working but still they have send me Bill for June month when i have raise this thing to customer support. They ask me to wait as they were looking into this issue. This issue is not yet resolve they have cut my connection on 3rd July. and send me Bill for July inclusive of June Bill. I have written Many time to TataDocomo but they havent took any action.. I am providing Ticket number here. My Tatadocomo account number is[protected] Ticket number is[protected],[protected],[protected]. Now there agent calling me n abusing me giving mental stress. Only this i am not understanding with providing Service how can any ask money from Customer Was this information helpful? | |||
