Tata Docomo — Cheating and illegal deduction | |||||
Hi, I am using a tata docomo connection with no. [protected]. The company has made it a practice of activating some VAS without my consent and is deducting 8 rupees each regularly. I immediately deactivate the service when it come to my notice. But the company does not refund the amount. Also I loses 50 paise from my account if I contact the customer care to register the complaint. This is been repeated regularly. This is pure case of cheating and fraud. Please take necessary step so that I get my money back and take necessary step to stop this type of public robbery. Does Tata wants to become more rich by looting the public.
