RESPECTED SIR/ MADAM, My mobile No [protected] I used tata docomo sim. I have above 1000 mb 24 nov my gsm expired nov 25 so I sent *123# tata docomo gsm offer they send RC 15 -120mb 2g val- 7days receivedmessage time 24nov 3-16pm. I am rc 15 nov 24 time 5-42 pm they added my balance 1000mb.Actually expired offer time 30 nov. But they washout my 1098mb 26 nov. I call 198 no response. I was continiu call 198 they attend nov28, 7-23 pm registered my complaint ref no; PSMR12258831 they said to me sorry for the mistake we will update your balance Dec 1.Then 30 nov call to me surely credit your send balance your account. But no credit Dec 1. I call 198 no response full day. I transfer to another net work send message 121. They credit 100 mb val 1 jan 17 today. What is the system network? please send my balance 1000 mb. I forward all of message to tatadocomo. Why is cheating customer. They no credit my balance i change another network same number. Can you please stop this service and refund my deducted amount.
