Tata Docomo — Complaining about the scheme and barting my number without information.

My number is [protected] i have got a plan off rs 1200 unlimited one and its almost 2 year i m using this i mfacimg the issue is that they r barting my call witout my information nd when my plan is outgoing free y the hell should i pic up the call off my mother and my wife when my outgoing is free then y should i waiste there balance and whats the use off such plan iff i need to pick up cal off my family member also. And i need and answer for one more thing is that whn outgoing is bart y we cant even connect to coustomer care 121 how would we come to knw y our outgoing is been bart u should atleast provide this thing so that we can call coustomer care nd ask them the issue and can resolve it. I might be now not using this comapny card i will switch to other netwrk nd u have a lot off netwrk issue also and its almost more than 2 years u just c that every year i m paying 1500rs at least so u can count how much money i have spend so if possibel do solve my quiery and my outgoing is bart please start my outgoing as soon as possibel and pls solve this issue nd let me knw.
