Sir, in my handset there is a tata docomo sim card in which m-check message is coming frequently. Due to this mcheck i'm not able to excess my internet nd calls as per my satisfaction. I've also called customer care center they told to sent a mail toh [protected]@mcheck.com but they havent replied yet. I want to stop this message . for this I will be thankful to you.. My number is [protected] i want to convert my number into prepaid i called 198 they said visit our showroom as i did visited showroom adn they said we cant do postpaid to prepaid. im not using this number much but as i wanna do change they are not allowing me to do. please do something.
