[Resolved] Tata Docomo — complaint of excess data and main balance deduction | |||
Mobile no. [protected] (Tata Docomo Complaint Number) I am user of Tata Docomo with mobile no. [protected]. Today early morning tata docomo has deducted mobile Internet balance of 627 MB & Rs 234 from main account balance. For this I have complained to customer care; they replied that a file of near about 627 MB was processed around 12:40 am on 5/2/15. However I have not used any Internet service at that time(night). Customer care didn't give any further details such as which app/website was used. I repeatedly Calling to Customer Care for that query but they have barred my Mobile number and i unable to contact with customer care number then i call from Another Mobile Number to the Customer care but they are not Providing my Internet Usage Details and they are not refunding my money which wrongly deducted by Tata Docomo. They are purposely deducting the balance at night when the customer is sleeping. Please Beware from such a fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||
