We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern. Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you failed. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. As per your mail, we would like to inform you that, your number has already been disconnected permanently on 15-SEP-15 from Tata Docomo postpaid network. Further, upon verifying our record we have found that we have provided you the billing adjustment of Rs. 68.4/- on 18-SEP-15 and the same has been updated as per the goodwill gesture. Post adjustment your account has been nullified. Kindly make a note of it. Also provide alternate contact number which will be beneficial in resolving the issue.
