[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Complaints against 2G internet Services-[protected] | |||
I’m using Tata Docomo [protected] GSM services for internet services as it offers great price & value pack. Last recharge I did was 2G pack of 1GB having validity till 25Feb15 till yesterday my balance was showing 600-700MB. As I want to upgrade mobile software I recharged 3G pack of 400MB yesterday around 12pm & I have downloaded file of 350MB so my 3G pack was over after downloading the file but once I switch my data pack to 2G my balance to it was showing hardly 20MB or less so I called to your customer care immediately on saying how my 2G pack has come down to 20MB where it was showing 600-700MB. They have no answer of my query & they said it will get resolved in 24Hr but as I don’t find the resolution of problem I called to your customer care in morning but while discussion was going the call is get disconnected and now I’m calling you back your call is not getting connected to your customer personnel. Probably you are blocking no for not to get connected to customer care. I hope you will take my complaints on utmost priority & will try to resolve it ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
