[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Connectivity related Issue ~~M23568980 | |||||
I am facing this problem from the day I took this connection. Initially I was told that it will get resolved in 2-3 months as a new network site is planned in my area. But after 10 months now, when the problem is not resolved and your customer support cannot fool me anymore, they are saying that the problem will remain there and I have to live with it. Why I was not not informed at the very first instance of my Complaint and provided me a refund? Now, I have hardly use the connect due to frequent disconnection issue and paid amount which is not worth it. Kindly provide me full refund my device as it is hardly used and now useless for me and some part of my bill paid as I have not used it due to your problems.
