Tata Docomo — Continuous speed problem

My Tata photan no is [protected], I am facing continuous speed issue with Tata photan plus connection and this is happening more than 8 months I have logged multiple complaints (15 March2014) :[protected] and recently (22 July 2014) :[protected] and every time my complaint get resolved as there is utilization issue at Tata Photan Site and they will going to add new site, I am hearing this solution since Dec 2013 still there is no progress.

This is really very worst experience I faced with Tata Photan, If they are not capable to serve please tell your customer better they close tata connection and choose new service provider
