[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Crossed the credit limit and your outgoing services have been blocked | |||
Hi, My credit limit is 800 rs and I got the sms from Tata docomo that the usage of Rs 1426 on your GSM Mobile No [protected] has crossed the credit limit and your outgoing services have been blocked. I have been asked to pay the bill for Rs 1426 Rs. Why should I pay this much bill if my credit limit is just 800 Rs. Why didn't I got any notification when that amount was crossed. I'm really pissed off and even after calling the customer care multiple times and writing them to cearify the issue I have been insisted to pay the bill first. Please help.
