[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo Customer Care — non activation of tata docomo mobile connection | |
I am A.K. Verma, Sr. Audit officer, o/o the Accountant General Sikkim, Gangtok. I had taken Tata Docomo NO. [protected] from Big Bazar Gangtok. I had Rs 2750 under future pay wallet in the same number. Unfortunately I got misplaced the mobile cem alongwith the mobile during first week of october 2017.I rushed to Big Bazar for change of mobile no. of vallet. They told to take same number sim from TATA Docomo for the credit of money in Future pay waLLET. I applied for the same no from tata Docomo Centre at Big Bazar Siliguri enclosing Adhar Card, and FIR copy on 28 th October 2017. They given me Docomo Cem stating that the connection will be activated with in 7 days.But even after lapse of approx. one month the same has not been activated. Hence it is requested to activate my Docomo connection as early as possible to save future pay wallet money. Was this information helpful? | |
