Tata Docomo — Customer care not responding for more than 1 week | |||
I am shocked with the service of Tata Docomo . I have been trying to call their customer care for more than 10 days and still not talked/connected to anyone. Whenever I try to call the customer care, either the ring completes out or i get a message that the 'customer service excutives are busy and email at [protected]@tatadocomo.com'. no. - [protected] I would like to say one word - 'Pathetic' Was this information helpful? | |||

Please be informed that like any other system, our system too has a limit of transactions it can handle. However, when you are unable to reach us on call, you may choose alternate ways to reach us.
