When I call 121 or 198 or[protected] from my docomo number, it says invalid number. I am in Bangalore and the sim was bought in Chennai. I am trying to call the customer care to refund my money on some music unlimited service that was initiated without my consent. I just found that this has been happening for 3 times (Rs 75*3) for period of 20 days each. My balance came down to Re1 today. I went to tata docomo brand store 20 km from my home, only to find out that they have closed it permanently and heard that they have closed others also in banagalore. So I have no way of contacting them to resolve my issues.I want these 2 compliants to be resolved at the earliest.
