[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Data Charges deducted inspite of plan activated | |||
My number is [protected]. I had done a recharge of 249 for which I was provided 3GB of data for 2 months. Apart from that I had a talktime balance of around Rs 200. Four days later I noticed that the talktime balance had been reduced to zero. Also the data balance was zero. I called the customer care to enquire about the same. I came to know that the 249 plan had been overdone by a Rs 15 recharge I had done using coupons I had received behind cold drinks bottle. I had been given 80 MB of data which had ended & hence the surfing charges of around Rs 200 were deducted from my talktime balance. Ideally the 80 Mb should have been added to the data balance. It is surreal that a 15 Rs recharge overrode the 249 recharge. This is unfair. Tata docomo should provide back the 200 Rs talktime & 3GB data. Was this information helpful? | |||

In this regards, we would like to inform you that, as per our records the recharge of 2G data pack of Rs. 249/- was active on your number dated 06-May-2014 for which you have been credited with the data benefits of 3GB and the same has been lapsed by the data pack of RC 15 which was activated on dated 07-May-2014 for which you have been credited with 80MB of 2G data. Hence, there is no discrepancy found for your number. Make a note of the same.
