[Resolved] Tata Docomo — data pack is recharged but not credited to my account. | |
Hi, I have done a data pack recharge of 1 gb on 16th of this month for rs. 88. As per the plan it is providing 1 gb 3g data for 28 days. At the time of doing this recharge i have some 20-25 mb of data left in my account from the previous recharge. Till date the recharge data pack of 1 gb is not yet added to my account and it is saying my data pack is expired. I also have a screenshot of this recharge with me. Is this how tata docomo wants to work? To loot peoples hard earned money. This company also does not have customer care executive to speak. Who the # is running this company. Please resolve my query as soon as possible and credit the 1 gb data balance to my account. I am planning to change the service provider if this is not happened.
