Tata Docomo — Data pack rules without information | |||
I had taken plan of rs 135 for 1.2 GB 2G data pack. A day after, I had to get a small 3g pack for some reason. At that time I had 900mb 2G data left. But after the new recharge all the data was gone without any information. When I called the customer care there was a very rude answer that this is rule and all, and we can't do anything in this matter. Till now I was in the MP zone and this rule was not present over there. Now I am in Karnataka zone and now I have got this new rule which was not even defined anywhere not even in the booklet of tata Docomo. This is kind of cheating with the new customers of the zone. At least Docomo can compromise for the first time with its customer, lnstead of being so rude. Was this information helpful? | |||
