[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — data usage getting charged when the pack is applied

Hi, I recharged 136.00 data pack yesterday morning which told on ur online website (500MB stretched for 60 days). and switched off and on the phone & on the data usage I am still getting charged.The amount of 136.00 is deducted from my card..I called ysterday and today to customer care and spoke to imran or irfan and pathetic service, they don't know how to speak very rude.and was told will transfer the call to supervisor but no one came back and was on hold for half an hour..20rs is deducted from my balance because of data usage..I want the amt of 150.00 refund if not activate the package and refund 20.00..Let me know what would you decide..
