On regular call to customer care, failed to trace & became frustrated. My SIM has been deactivated, the reason is that my mother is suffering from cancer & I was busy for her treatment & unable to maintain & recharge my no. However, your landline calls will be charged as per base tariff plan.

Before some days, i facing this types of call drop and one site connection problem.

Due to this types of problem we pay for more bill to your company.

If you are not solve within 15 days i will definitely go to other operator for portable.
