Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that as per our records a recharge of RC11 on dated[protected]:07PM for which you have been credited with benefits as 30min unlimited 3G. Hence the existing data balance has been lapsed.
Kindly note that, when you are having 3G data balance and if you recharge with 3G data pack hence the data balance will be added with the existing data balance. However, if you recharge with 2G data pack or a Time based data pack hence the existing data balance will be lapsed.
