Tata Docomo — deduction of balance

Today morning when i woke up, i saw a message in which it was written that i have subscibed to some subscription known as "chitchat" for 2 days, and for that they charged me 8.17 rs. I had not subscribed to any such thing, it was automatically done! Earlier i was having around 9 rs balance in my account but now i have only 1rupee as balance. At once, i stopped that subscription! But i want refund of my 8.17 rs. Being a tata docomo customer for last 5-6 years, i hope you help me out and do refund.
