Hello, my self Dr sunny, my TATA DOCOMO no is [protected].
i activated caller tune from last 2 month. On 18/09/2015 i called customer care and request to change my call me tune song. Cc representative accepted my request for change song, but Unfortunately they deactivate my service and again reactivate again in same time and charged me 36 rs unnecessarily.
In system they mentioned that I deactivated that service.
Do u really think i am fool to deactivate service and reactivate on same time again.

Please check call records of that day but please do help me.
This is really hopless customer harassment.
I just want my credit back.
I hope i will get positive response.
