Tata Docomo — deduction of money and no miss call details being provided | |
My service provider TATA DOCOMO tells me that i ahve some missed calls and i can get details by sending sms GET to 52255. This use to give me details of missed calls on my number. But From past 1 month whenever the service provider sends SMS that i have miss called and i send GET sms to number- 52255 as mentioned, i dont get any details of my missed calls and 1rs charge is deducted without providing any service/detail/sms. I tried resolution of problem on customer care but customer care was even more pathetic and just kept my call on hold every single time. Was this information helpful? | |
